Once the product has been ordered, DHL automatically handles the shipment.
A DHL tracking number will then be sent to you via a link. You will need to track your parcel via this link.
You may return or exchange any product ordered within 14 days of receipt. MISIA offers you only one method of return: by post under certain conditions. See below for more information.
In spite of all the care we take to ensure the quality of our products, it is possible that there may be defects that we would not have noticed at the time of shipment:
After receipt of the product by us, a quality control of the article will be carried out; and if it turns out that the article is indeed defective, you will have the possibility either of exchanging the article, or of being refunded on the same means of payment which you used to regulate your article.
You will receive an e-mail once we have initiated your refund.
Refunds to your credit card may take up to 15 working days once we have processed your return.
The easiest way to cancel your purchase and return your products to us free of charge is to follow the instructions on how to return a product. However, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase by sending a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
You can return products from your online order within 14 days of receipt of your order, without having to justify yourself. In order to receive a full refund for the items you have returned, you must return them in the correct packaging.
Items must not have been worn, used or damaged.
We also ask you to observe the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Original labels must always be attached to the product.
Accessories must be in their original packaging.
Shoes must be in their original box.
If you purchased your item via one of our partner stores, you will need to contact them for all returns and refunds.

A few minutes after receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail which includes your order number. If you can’t find your confirmation e-mail, check your SPAM.
If you have just made your purchase, please note that it may take some time for the confirmation e-mail to be sent.
If there is a spelling mistake in the e-mail address you have given us, we will not be able to send you an e-mail. However, your order will still be processed normally.

Any MISIA product manufactured or purchased within the last two years is eligible for a return authorization. You may be asked to provide a copy of your original invoice or detailed proof of purchase.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us and provide photos clearly showing the defect, the complete product, and the item number on the label.
We cannot offer compensation for products damaged for other reasons, including negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. We cannot offer compensation if the product has not been purchased from our online store or one of our partner stores.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to cleaning your high-end leather soccer boots:
1. Preparation: Gather all the materials you’ll need, a soft-bristled toothbrush, a clean cloth, lukewarm water, mild soap and, if necessary, a specific leather product.
2. Remove excess dirt: Use the toothbrush to gently remove all dirt and debris from the shoe. Brush gently in all nooks and crannies and on the soles to remove as much dirt as possible.
3. Prepare your cleaning solution: In a small bowl of warm water, add a few drops of mild soap and stir until dissolved.
4. Gently clean the shoe: Use the clean cloth, lightly soaked in the cleaning solution, to gently rub the leather in a circular motion. Be sure to clean all parts of the shoe, including laces and seams. Avoid over-wetting the leather, as this can damage it.
5. Clean the soles: Use the toothbrush to clean the PA11 soles. Insist on areas where dirt usually accumulates, such as studs or worn parts.
6. Rinse and dry: Gently wipe the shoe with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Then take another clean towel to dry the shoe. Avoid drying the shoe near a source of direct heat, as this may damage the leather.
